1. Information We Collect

Ploomi (the “App”) uses minimal data.

• Anonymous user ID — a randomly generated identifier used to back up and sync your progress (levels, coins, skins) to the cloud. It contains no personal information.
• Account identifier (optional) — only if you choose to link an Apple or Google account, we store that account's identifier and email to enable cross-device continuation. Linking is entirely optional.
• Advertising identifier — our ad network (Google AdMob) may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID) to serve ads. On iOS this is used only if you consent via App Tracking Transparency; otherwise non-personalized ads are served.
• The App does not access location, contacts, photos, or microphone.

2. How We Use Information

• To save, sync, and restore game progress
• To serve ads and measure ad performance
• To improve the service

3. Storage & Third Parties

• Progress data is stored with Supabase (database/auth provider).
• Ads are served via Google AdMob; see Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
• Linked Apple/Google account data is governed by those providers' policies.
• We do not sell or share data beyond the purposes above.

4. Retention & Deletion

• Anonymous accounts inactive for an extended period (~30 days) may be automatically deleted.
• Delete in-app: go to Settings → “Delete account & data” to permanently erase your account and all data immediately (this cannot be undone).
• Or contact us below and we will process your request within a reasonable time.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.

3. 보관 및 제3자

• 진행도 데이터는 Supabase에 저장됩니다.
• 광고는 Google AdMob으로 제공되며 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
• 연동 Apple/Google 계정 정보는 각 제공자 정책을 따릅니다.
• 위 목적 외 판매·공유하지 않습니다.

4. 보관 기간 및 삭제

• 익명 계정은 약 30일 이상 미접속 시 자동 삭제될 수 있습니다.
• 앱 내 삭제: 설정 → "Delete account & data" 로 계정·데이터를 즉시 영구 삭제(되돌릴 수 없음).
• 또는 아래 연락처로 요청 시 합리적 기간 내 처리합니다.

5. 아동

본 앱은 만 13세 미만을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며 고의로 아동 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
